Who We Serve

We work with a broad range of clients, including:

Individuals referred by the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS)

Clients paying privately or through insurance
Tribal nations and other state programs
Families seeking freedom and confidence for their loved ones

A Program That Adapts to You

Every Kinetic Program client begins with a comprehensive assessment. From there, we create a training package tailored to the client’s needs—including adaptive controls, in-class instruction, and hands-on behind-the-wheel training with certified instructors.

We don’t just meet the state minimum—we exceed it. Every client receives:

At least 10 hours of classroom instruction
Significantly more than 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training
Access to specially equipped vehicles with adaptive technology
Guidance every step of the way—before, during, and after licensing

Our Story

Born from Oklahoma’s most trusted driver training school, Decisive Driver, The Kinetic Program has become the state’s largest and most experienced provider of adaptive driver training. We built this program to answer a vital question:

“What if the ability to drive could be restored—safely, confidently, and with the right tools?”

That question still drives us today.
